On Friday and Saturday nights the Nachtstern night bus leaves the station square until about 4 am. From Sunday to Thursday there is none, and after the last train at about 1 am nothing runs until about 4:20 am. That is when our taxi runs.

Can I book your taxi for a specific time?

Yes, online, by phone or on WhatsApp, for the same evening or days ahead. You receive a confirmation with the pickup time and place, and the car arrives at the agreed time.

How much does a ride with you cost in Lucerne?

It depends on the route and the vehicle. The booking form shows you the price before you book, and by phone we tell you before we set off. We never run a meter.

Can you pick me up again after my appointment?

Yes. Call us or send a WhatsApp message as soon as you are finished, and we send the next available car. If you already know the time, book both rides together.

Can I travel with a walker or wheelchair?

Yes. Your driver helps you transfer into the car and stows the walker or wheelchair in the boot. Mention it when you book, so that we send a suitable vehicle.

Can your taxi drive into Lucerne’s Old Town?

Only for a reason: with hotel guests arriving or leaving, with residents, or with passengers who cannot walk far, and by the shortest route. Everyone else we meet at Schwanenplatz, Mühlenplatz or Kapellplatz.

Where do you pick me up at Lucerne station?

If you have booked, we meet you at the old arch in the middle of the square. The taxi stand outside the main entrance is the largest in the city, with eleven bays and free choice of car.

Do you drive at night when the buses have stopped?

Yes, around the clock. From Sunday to Thursday nothing runs between the last train at about 1 am and about 4:20 am. The night bus, Nachtstern, only runs at weekends.

Do you have a car for more than four people?

Yes. The limousine seats six and the minibus eight, both with room for luggage. If more than eight of you are travelling, we send several cars to the same pickup.

Can I pay by card or with TWINT?

Yes, with TWINT, the Swiss payment app, or with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, and in cash too. Companies can pay by invoice. Tell us how you would like to pay when you book.
