How early will you collect me for a morning flight?
That depends on your departure time, airline and luggage. We work back from your flight, allow about 50 minutes to Zurich Airport plus a buffer for traffic, and confirm the pickup time in writing.
How do I get a quote for my airport transfer?
Online in three steps: route, vehicle, details. The fixed price appears before you book. For groups, companies or another airport, call us or send a WhatsApp message and we prepare the quote personally.
Does motorway traffic change the fixed price?
No. The fixed price is agreed before the ride and covers the route, not the minutes. Traffic jams, roadworks or a detour make no difference to what you pay at the end.
Can I cancel my airport transfer for free?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Call us, message us on WhatsApp or send an email with the date and pickup address of your booking.
After you land
What happens if my flight lands late?
We track your flight and move the pickup to the actual landing time, so there is no need to call. Your driver is already there when you come through customs, and you never wait.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
In the arrivals hall, after baggage claim and customs. Your confirmation gives the exact meeting point, and on request your driver holds a name sign, so you spot them straight away.
Do you have child seats for the ride from the airport?
Yes, on request. Tell us how many children are travelling and how old they are when you book, and the right seat is fitted before you get in. The same applies to the ride to the airport.
Destinations and payment
Do you also drive to Basel EuroAirport and Geneva?
Yes, to both. Basel takes about 76 minutes from Lucerne, and we drop you in the Swiss sector. Geneva is just under three hours away, so book that ride a day ahead if you can.
Can you take me to an airport outside Switzerland?
Yes, on request, Milan for example. Send us the airport, the date and the number of passengers, and we prepare a personal quote, with the same door-to-door pickup as within Switzerland.
How can I pay for the transfer?
In cash, by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or with TWINT, the Swiss payment app. Companies can pay by invoice or with a monthly statement; just mention it when you book.
